Job summary

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking a Commissioning and Performance Administrator to support the Commissioning Team in engaging with care providers, monitoring performance, coordinating work, and improving Adult Social Care services for local residents. You will manage provider contracts, communications and meetings, keeping records up to date while working across teams to deliver positive outcomes.

You will bring strong administrative experience, excellent organisational and communication

Qualifications

• Experience in busy administrative or business support environments.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience arranging meetings, events and producing accurate minutes.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office 365 and business systems.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently and in a team.
• Positive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate provider forums, workshops and engagement events.
• Create and distribute provider newsletters and communications.
• Support contracting administration and associated processes.
• Maintain performance information, records and systems for decision making.
• Support projects and meetings contributing to service development.
• Produce reports, minutes and documentation to move workstreams forward.
• Build positive relationships with providers and stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and drive more effective ways of working.
