Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an Electrical Assembler / Panel Wirer on site in the UK. The role focuses on cable wire soldering, building systems and sub-assemblies to exacting quality and ISO standards, while ensuring BOM and customer specs are met.

You will diagnose and resolve build issues, document through FRACAS, and train junior technicians. A strong emphasis on safety, 5S, and continuous improvement is required to support the production team.

Qualifications

• Time served electrical apprenticeship or City & Guilds Part 3 or higher electrical qualification.
• Detail wiring skills to precision level including lead-free and PCB soldering.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and fault-find.
• Panel wiring to schematics and 3-phase electrics understanding.

Responsibilities

• Soldering cables and wires to build systems, sub assemblies and parts.
• Build to ISO standards and meet BOM and customer specifications.
• Identify and resolve build problems and document via FRACAS.
• Train and guide less experienced technicians in build sequences.
• Maintain high build cleanliness, 5S and health & safety within build areas.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within the Production Team.
