Qualifications

• Experience in mid/high volume manufacturing environments.
• Capable of presenting Manufacturing Engineering inputs to Senior Executives.
• Experience in new product introduction and APQP tools.
• Advanced knowledge of PFMEA and Control Plans.
• Strong Lean, 5S and Kaizen experience.

Responsibilities

• Support prototype builds, ensuring tooling, equipment and facilities are ready.
• Set up low-volume production environments and develop manufacturing processes.
• Deliver APQP plans for new product introductions.
• Provide manufacturing engineering support across Production, Procurement and Programmes teams including change management.
• Participate in virtual build events and feed lessons into designs and processes.
• Release engineering drawings and CAD data; map processes and create PFMEA and control plans.
