Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out experiments and analysis to support technology transfer and development of fit-for-purpose processes.
• Record all laboratory work in notebooks and compile results for technical reports.
• Communicate with clients professionally as required.
• Follow laboratory procedures to ensure safety, quality and compliance.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to progress development work.
• Provide on-the-job training to new personnel in lab procedures and equipment usage.
