Job summary

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree/technical cert preferred.
  • Experience in GMP environments and familiarity with SOPs is beneficial.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with meticulous data recording and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment including mixers, blenders, tablet presses, encapsulation machines, and packaging lines.
  • Perform in-process checks and record data accurately according to batch records and SOPs.
  • Execute cleaning and sanitization of manufacturing equipment and production areas.
  • Prepare and stage raw materials and components for production runs.
  • Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and report major problems to maintenance or supervisors.
  • Adhere to safety guidelines, quality standards, and GMP.
  • Complete batch records, logbooks, and incident reports timely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes.
  • Assist with equipment calibration and preventative maintenance as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
