Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions Morpeth is seeking a dedicated Pharmaceutical Process Operator to execute and monitor manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

You will operate production equipment, perform in-process checks, maintain GMP documentation, and collaborate with the team to optimise efficiency while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with GMP and other regulatory guidelines
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including SOPs and batch records
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Basic mathematical skills for calculations and measurements
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot production equipment according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and batch records
• Perform in-process checks and document all manufacturing activities accurately and thoroughly
• Clean and sanitize production equipment and facilities in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions, deviations, and quality issues to supervisors
• Follow all safety regulations and participate in safety training programs
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
