PRIMIS Mortgage Network is seeking a number of Protection Advisors to join a 150-advisor, southern-based mortgage firm. Established 50 years ago, the firm is well renowned and respected.

The role involves servicing an abundance of provided leads at this busy and successful partner firm. Based in London, the team is mostly remote across the UK, enabling access to top advisors.

This is a full-time, employed position, Monday to Friday, with 100% home working.

The base salary is £29,500 plus commissions, with no ratchet or validation required before commissions are payable.

The OTE for this role is £75,000, with top earners making over £85,000.

Ideal candidates are experienced Protection Advisors with good tenure, seeking higher quality leads and larger loan sizes, with remote working benefits.

The lead source is strong, reliable, and from mortgage-only advisors writing average loans of £300k.

The firm uses a full 15-provider panel with no loadings on customer premiums, ensuring the best customer outcomes.
