Job description

Job Title: Protection Adviser

Location:

Remote (Must be UK Based and will require occasional travel to Colchester, Peterborough, or Wakefield offices)

Rewards:

Basic salary of £25,000 plus commission OTE £45K - £50K

Hours:

Monday to Friday, three early shifts 9am-6pm and two late shifts 11am-8pm

Protection Adviser Responsibilities

You will proactively manage customers’ protection applications, maintaining regular contact and delivering high customer service levels. You should have a proven track record in protection advice; CeMAP 1 qualification is preferred but not essential. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and in teams are required.

Main Purpose of Job

• Retain existing protection policies.
• Minimize lost commission from cancellations.
• Arrange suitable protection policies based on customer needs.
• Proactively contact customers without protection arrangements to identify needs.
