Job summary

Knight Temple Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced advice-based protection adviser to join a directly authorised broker delivering income protection, life and protection solutions to clients throughout the UK. The role is 100% remote, with training provided and no weekend work.

You will need at least 2 years of phone-based life and protection sales, generate leads via web channels and use a consultative approach to maximise each opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of phone-based life and protection sales experience.
• Experience generating leads via web channels and converting with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Sell income protection and life protection products to UK clients using a consultative approach.
• Generate leads in-house via marketing initiatives and build opportunities from leads provided.

Our client is a directly authorised broker whose sales team work 100% remote providing advice on income protection, life & protection solutions to clients throughout the UK from leads which are 100% generated in house.

What are they looking for?

To be considered you must have a least 2 years phone-based life & protection sales experience. You will have worked with leads generated via the web and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided via a consultative sales approach.

In addition to generating their own leads in house via a wide range of marketing initiatives including collaborations with household names within sport.

Rewards

• Starting salary to £33,000
• Realistic OTE £50-60,000 (Uncapped bonus) first year
• The role is 100% remote (inc. training) with no weekend work.
• Working hours are 9.30 to 6.30 Monday to Thursday. 9am to 3.30 pm
• Friday

Starting salary is based on previous performance and can be reviewed twice yearly.

Existing top performing consultants are earning more than £60,000 + thanks to an uncapped bonus scheme.
