Job summary

Knight Temple Recruitment Ltd is helping a directly authorised broker recruit for a 100% remote protection adviser role across the UK. You’ll handle web-generated leads, use a consultative sales approach, and work 9:30–18:30 Mon-Thu, 9:00–15:30 Fri with no weekends.

Starting salary up to £33,000 and uncapped OTE £50–60k in the first year; top performers earn £60k+ with bonuses. 2+ years of phone-based life and protection sales experience required.

Are you an experienced advice-based protection adviser looking for a fresh challenge?

Our client is a directly authorised broker whose sales team work 100% remote providing advice on income protection, life & protection solutions to clients throughout the UK from leads which are 100% generated in house.

What are they looking for?

To be considered you must have a least 2 years phone-based life & protection sales experience. You will have worked with leads generated via the web and will be able to demonstrate that you can maximise the potential of each lead provided via a consultative sales approach.

• Starting salary to £33,000
• Realistic OTE £50-60,000 (Uncapped bonus) first year
• The role is 100% remote (inc. training) with no weekend work.
• Working hours are 9.30 to 6.30 Monday to Thursday. 9am to 3.30 pm on Friday

Starting salary is based on previous performance and can be reviewed twice yearly.

Existing top performing consultants are earning more than £60,000 + thanks to an uncapped bonus scheme.
