Job summary

TEMPLEGATE RECRUITMENT is recruiting a Protection Adviser for the Tyne and Wear area. The successful candidate will advise existing customers on protection needs, review existing cover, and tailor solutions to individual circumstances.

With a base salary of £30,000 and realistic OTE of £45,000-£60,000 through commission, the role offers hybrid working after competency is reached and ongoing training to pursue CeMAP qualifications, supporting career progression in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• CeMAP 1 qualification is required at minimum.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills essential.
• Ability to work towards targets and earn via commission/bonus.

Responsibilities

• Advising existing customers on protection requirements.
• Reviewing and enhancing customers' protection arrangements.
• Understand customers' circumstances and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate, compliant customer records.
• Continue developing technical knowledge and professional expertise through training.
