GCB AGENCY RECRUITMENT in the Glasgow area is seeking an experienced Protection Advisor to join a growing financial services firm. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with a 50/50 income split and leads provided, plus the opportunity to self-generate business from a large database.

The successful candidate will provide tailored protection advice, convert appointments into written business, and deliver exceptional service while building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.
• CAS status is required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Excellent customer service and advisory skills are expected.

Experienced as a Protection Advisor and looking for your next opportunity within a growing financial services business?

We're recruiting for a Protection Advisor to join a successful and expanding financial services firm based in the Glasgow area, working as part of a close-knit team focused on writing high-quality Protection business.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Protection Advisor looking for a flexible, hybrid role with leads provided, alongside the opportunity to self-generate business from a large existing database.

The Role

As a Protection Advisor, you will:

• Provide expert protection advice tailored to individual client needs
• Convert appointments into written business
• Write high-quality protection business in line with client requirements
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the advice process
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Utilise provided leads while also identifying opportunities to self-generate business

Protection Advisor Requirements

• CeMAP or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience working as a Protection Advisor
• CAS status
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent customer service and advice skills
• Customer-focused approach with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service
• Self-motivated and commercially driven
