Job summary

Search is recruiting Protection Advisors to join a high-performing financial services team. You'll provide expert advice to customers over the phone, helping them secure the right protection products while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Hybrid working (2 days in the office / 3 days at home). Uncapped monthly bonus and a pension contribution up to 12%. Flexible weekends (1 Saturday in 3) with a clear progression path and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Telesales experience within financial services is preferred.
• Strong telephone sales skills and ability to build relationships over the phone.
• Good understanding of FCA regulations and compliance.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Flexibility to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
