PROSECUTIONS LAWYER, SURREY, £44,570 - £49,030

Exceptional career opportunity with outstanding training and development opportunities for individuals interested in a career in Prosecutions. We are partnering with a public body offering nationwide opportunities for Solicitors or Barristers.

Responsibilities
  1. Following an initial training period, spend 60-80% of your time in court prosecuting a wide range of offences and using your skills to achieve desired outcomes.
  2. The remainder of your time will be dedicated to case preparation.
Training and Development

A combination of induction training, bespoke modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching makes this career accessible to lawyers considering a change in direction.

Candidate Requirements
  • Genuine interest in criminal prosecutions.
  • Qualification as a Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales.
  • Experience in contentious law is preferred but not essential; open to all disciplines with a desire to learn.
  • Ability to make solid, well-reasoned decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
