Salary: £44,570 - £49,030

Role Overview

1. Following an initial training period, you will spend 60-80% of your time in court prosecuting a wide range of offences, utilizing your skills to achieve desired outcomes. The remaining time will be dedicated to case preparation.
2. The role includes induction training, bespoke modules, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching, making a career as a Prosecutions Lawyer accessible to lawyers considering a change.
3. Basic requirements include a genuine interest in criminal prosecutions and qualification as a Solicitor or Barrister in England and Wales. Experience in contentious law is preferable but not mandatory; candidates from all disciplines with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
4. Strong decision-making skills and exceptional written and verbal communication abilities are essential.
