Job summary

Sky is seeking a Propositions Manager to shape the strategy and roadmap for Sky Connectivity, including Broadband and Mobile propositions. In a multi-stakeholder environment, you will balance customer value with commercial outcomes to drive sustainable growth.

Reporting to a Propositions Lead, you’ll work with product teams and third parties to plan the longer-term roadmap and orchestrate changes across technology, billing, operations and commercial functions in a fast-moving setting.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking to understand market landscapes and formulate plans.
• Problem solving with plausible & creative solutions.
• Numerical skills and proficiency in building and analysing business cases (Excel).
• Stakeholder management across multiple teams, influencing outcomes.
• Proven track record in proposition or commercial roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident communicator engaging with senior teams.

Responsibilities

• Proposition strategy – support development of product and proposition strategies across Product, Commercial, Technology and Go-To‑Market teams, with clear recommendations when trade-offs are needed.
• Future pipeline – develop perspective on market evolution and position connectivity to capitalize on new revenue streams.
• Insight development – build data-led strategies with Strategic Insight to enhance experiences and services.
• Product development – influence prioritisation balancing customer outcomes, commercial impact and delivery complexity.
• Change case – support business cases with commercial and finance teams, weighing financial benefits and risks.
• Lead change programmes – drive proposition changes across dependent teams, removing blockers and maintaining momentum.
