Job summary

Forvis Mazars is seeking a Proposition & Governance Manager to lead the governance of adviser propositions, product panels and related advice solutions in the UK. You will work with the Head of Proposition, Compliance and planning teams to ensure evidence‑based decisions, robust governance and scalable processes aligned to client needs.

The role combines governance, research, technical leadership and provider oversight to support Consumer Duty, PROD and business growth across a multi‑office

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of retail financial products and adviser propositions.
• Clear knowledge of FCA regulation, Consumer Duty and PROD requirements.
• Ability to interpret technical information and communicate it clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work across teams with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and maintenance of the firm's product governance framework.
• Governance of product panels, platforms, providers and advice solutions.
• Delivery of provider due diligence, panel reviews and proposition recommendations.
• Support of Consumer Duty and PROD requirements including market assessments and consumer outcomes monitoring.
• Provide technical expertise and proposition guidance to advisers and stakeholders.
• Deliver proposition training, communications and technical briefings.
• Manage key relationships with providers and industry stakeholders.
• Develop governance frameworks and adviser propositions.
• Produce governance reporting and committee papers.
