Job summary

Goodlord is seeking a Proposition Manager to lead the evolution of Goodlord Referencing. You will shape the future of tenant referencing by combining strategy, customer insight and collaboration to deliver improved quality, speed, trust and customer experience across the journey.

You will work with Product, Marketing, Operations, Commercial, Compliance and Engineering to test ideas, build alignment and turn insight into meaningful improvements for customers and the business.

Qualifications

• Experience shaping products, propositions or customer journeys based on customer needs and business priorities.
• Using customer, market and competitor insight to identify opportunities and make evidence-based recommendations.
• Building business cases and assessing commercial opportunities, balancing customer value with business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Research and validate ideas through customer interviews, market research and data.
• Build understanding of customers, competitors and trends to identify opportunities.
• Turn insight into clear recommendations, business cases and commercial models.
• Shape the strategic roadmap for Goodlord Referencing, balancing customer needs with commercial outcomes.
• Assess proposition opportunities, revenue impact and long-term value.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional discussions to move ideas forward.
• Evolve the referencing experience with Product, Operations, Marketing, Commercial and Compliance.
