Job summary

Carwow is looking for an experienced OEM & Media Project Manager to own the day‑to‑day development of our OEM & Media proposition. You’ll run commercial projects, manage data and reporting, and build marketplace integrations, ensuring partnerships with manufacturers are strong and scalable.

You’ll work across Product, Data & Analytics, Legal and Commercial teams, taking ownership of complex projects with many stakeholders and delivering measurable commercial impact.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, proposition development or commercial operations.
• Track record delivering intricate projects with many stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
• Ability to turn data into a clear story; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of projects from first idea to final delivery using Carwow's OKR process.
• Be the go-to person for everything across the OEM proposition, aligning Product, Data & Analytics, Legal and Commercial.
• Deliver integrations that connect manufacturers to our marketplace (stock feeds, lead integrations, finance calculators).
• Own our OEM & Media data suite (dashboards, Google Sheets, automated decks, AI integrations) and improve it.
• Equip Brand Partnerships Managers with tools, collateral and best practices; help pitches with data.
• Be the voice of OEM & Media on cross-functional Carwow Group projects and raise the team’s profile.
