THE CARWOW GROUP is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the day-to-day development of our OEM & Media proposition. You will run commercial projects, from data reporting to marketplace integrations, ensuring Brand Partnerships can grow relationships with manufacturers.

This generalist role spans cross-functional work with Product, Legal, Data & Analytics, and Finance, delivering scalable dashboards and integrations while maintaining a sharp eye on timelines and business impact.

Qualificações

• Experience in project management, proposition development or commercial operations.
• Track record delivering intricate projects with many moving parts and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisation skills, juggling multiple projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and align priorities with timelines.
• Confidence with data and turning numbers into a story.
• Strong written and visual communication for collateral and decks.

Responsabilidades

• Own a portfolio of projects from idea to delivery using OKR prioritisation.
• Be the go-to for OEM proposition across Product, Data & Analytics, Legal and Commercial.
• Deliver integrations connecting manufacturers to our marketplace (stock feeds, lead integrations, finance calculators).
• Own the OEM & Media data suite (dashboards, sheets, automated decks, AI integrations).
• Equip Brand Partnerships Managers with tools, collateral and best practices for pitches.
• Represent OEM & Media on cross-functional projects and raise the team profile.
