Job summary

Pangea Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Proposals and Project Engineer for a Global Market Leader in high speed food equipment. The role focuses on managing technical sales proposals and supporting project delivery for capital equipment projects in the UK market.

Key tasks include handling new enquiries, scoping and designing proposals, publishing proposals, and coordinating with project managers to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Remote/office hybrid work is available after initial training.

Qualifications

• Candidates MUST have relevant experience of either Proposals Engineering and/or documentation management for High Value Technical Projects

Responsibilities

• Managing Technical Sales Proposals
• Supporting Project Delivery
• Handle new enquiries and assess, scope, design, develop, and create technical sales proposals
• Collaborate with the Project Manager and/or Business Unit Manager to manage the publication of proposals
• Prepare supporting documentation, review specifications, manage resources, and communicate across departments and with third parties
• Manage up to 10 proposals/projects simultaneously, with project values ranging from €100K to €5M
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
