Job summary

*able is a global engineering organisation delivering complex capital equipment projects across critical infrastructure sectors. The Project Manager will report to the Head of Projects and oversee multiple £1m+ projects from handover to installation, commissioning and completion.

You will develop schedules, manage budgets and contractual requirements, coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensure delivery against cost, schedule and safety targets in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex projects with schedules, budgets and outcomes.
• Strong scheduling, planning and programme management expertise.
• Experience reading, analysing and interpreting contracts and specifications.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules with milestones and deliverables.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and profitability for multiple projects.
• Act as the main communication hub between internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate activities across departments to meet schedule.
• Manage risks, issues, variations and change control.
• Review contracts, specifications and commercial documents.
• Produce project reports and cost reviews.
• Monitor performance against cost, schedule and delivery targets.
• Support installation, construction and commissioning activities as required.
• Ensure delivery in line with contractual requirements and safety standards.
