• Proven experience in proposals/bid management within construction or related sectors.
• Strong writing and client-focused content development.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Coordinate bid programmes, review meetings and content development to ensure compelling, timely submissions.
• Drive continuous improvement of the bid process and maintain content libraries.
