Job description

Blue Legal are pleased to introduce a brand new Proposals Manager role with a leading US firm. This role will have a European remit and work closely with EMEA colleagues in leading proposals and panel processes, as well as promoting best practice. The role will support the firm's Partnership and wider M&BD team in preparing client-facing pitch opportunities.

The Responsibilities:

1. Lead coordination and drafting of strategic panel pitches, managing all involved jurisdictions and practices, including facilitating Go/No-Go, strategy, and review meetings.
2. Collaborate with relevant colleagues to develop pitch content, build on the existing library, and refresh and update content.
3. Coordinate presentation rehearsals and lead training on style, communication, and messaging.
4. Continuously develop the firm's approach to winning business by conducting feedback reviews and taking appropriate actions.
5. Promote and uphold the firm's standards, providing recommendations to increase efficiencies and ensure consistency across the firm.

The Candidate:

1. Minimum of 4 years of experience managing proposals within a professional services firm, with knowledge of the finance or legal industry.
2. Ability to develop strong relationships, network, and manage stakeholders.
3. Proven track record of successfully managing panel pitches and proposals.

Please note: Due to sector-specific requirements, only candidates with valid experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm, or a high-profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
