Job summary

White Recruitment is seeking a Proposals Engineer in Hull to support bespoke HVAC projects from enquiry to proposal. You will review specifications, costed proposals and liaise with engineering and sales to convert opportunities into secured contracts.

The role focuses on preparing technical and commercial proposals, interpreting client requirements, and producing clear tender documentation with cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Experience in proposals, estimating or applications engineering within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and tender specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce clear technical documentation.
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of costing principles.
• HVAC or building services background is desirable.

Summary

A specialist engineering business delivering bespoke engineered-to-order mechanical systems to the offshore, energy and industrial sectors is looking to appoint a Proposals Engineer in Hull.

Working closely with business development and engineering teams, this role focuses on reviewing technical enquiries, developing costed proposals and supporting the conversion of opportunities into secured projects.

Role

• Review incoming enquiries, specifications and tender documentation
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for bespoke HVAC systems

Requirements
