Job summary

Perspectum seeks a Proposals and Contracts Manager to own RFPs, RFQs and study quotations from receipt to submission, working with Business Development, operations and product to ensure accurate reflection of services and resources. You’ll manage contracts, change orders and bid defense, while keeping detailed study costing aligned with Perspectum’s templates and rate card.

The role requires 2–5 years in clinical research proposals, with experience in imaging CROs or CROs preferred, and

Qualifications

• Experience developing proposals, study quotations and contracts.
• Strong numerical skills with budgeting and pricing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned RFPs, RFQs and quotations from receipt to submission.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and prepare sponsor-focused proposal content.
• Prepare quotations using templates, budget calculator and pricing assumptions.
• Lead budget discussions and respond to sponsor questions.
• Support handover of awarded studies to delivery teams.
