Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong bid and proposal management experience.
• Ability to coach stakeholders while delivering and ensuring quality.
• Excellent writing and editing to shape persuasive narratives.
• Ability to coordinate multiple contributors and deadlines with strong risk awareness.
• Comfortable supporting pitch preparation and rehearsals.

Responsibilities

• Develop win themes and messaging across proposals and pitches.
• Identify evidence gaps and coordinate SME inputs to strengthen proofs.
• Shape submission structure, narrative flow and clarity.
• Collaborate with design and production for professional output.
• Lead pursuit governance and track milestones.
• Coach managers on bid behaviours and readiness.
• Run readiness checks and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Content/Markets Activation to align messaging.
