Proposal Manager

Position Summary

As the Strategic Pursuit Specialist for JMT's Alternative Project Delivery (APD) Practice, you will manage challenging transportation infrastructure projects, lead a team of designers and contractors, and refine proposal processes to exceed client expectations. Your role includes representing JMT at industry events and developing marketing materials to support business growth.

Essential Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with marketing teams to craft compelling proposals highlighting our expertise and tailored solutions.
2. Participate in pre-proposal meetings, provide feedback, and facilitate storyboarding and content development.
3. Manage multiple pursuit efforts efficiently across different locations and timelines.
4. Ensure proposals meet JMT's quality standards and style guides, adhering to QMS and ISO 9001:2015 procedures.
5. Work with Creative Services to produce impactful visuals for proposals.
6. Lead and mentor team members, set clear expectations, and provide performance feedback.
7. Travel to collaborate with project teams at other offices as needed.

Additional Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Experience

• Over 10 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communication, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Knowledge of RFP structures and proposal processes.
• Management or supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Over 10 years in the architecture, engineering, and construction industry.
