The Energy Division at ARM is currently recruiting an experienced Proposal Manager to join a leading EPC of major projects for energy and infrastructure. Based in South West London, this hybrid role promotes work/life balance.

Job Overview:

Reporting to the Tendering Manager, you will support offshore tendering teams (Offshore Wind and Offshore Conventional O&G) by leading proposal preparations to secure contracts. You will be the main client contact during the proposal phase.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing proposal plans and managing bids to optimize success and commercial results
• Ensuring proposals are compliant, consistent, and professionally presented
• Coordinating reviews and approvals from senior management
• Collaborating with legal and risk teams to review contracts and suggest deviations or clarifications
• Approving preliminary project cash flows and defining bid cost structures with estimators

Qualifications:

• 10-15 years of experience in project proposal activities in the offshore sector or related fields with proposal knowledge
