The primary responsibility is to lead and independently manage the end-to-end bid management and pre-sales process, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compelling, and competitive proposals to support business growth and client retention.
Responsibilities
- Bid Strategy and Planning:
- Develop bid strategies aligned with business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify differentiators.
- Create bid plans, timelines, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Utilize tools for smooth bid management.
- Proposal Development:
- Lead the creation of proposals that showcase capabilities and value.
- Write and edit content tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts for technical details.
- Risk Management:
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legal, and industry standards.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with sales, product, legal, compliance, and finance teams for inputs.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proposal Submission:
- Oversee final bid preparations and submissions, adhering to deadlines.
- Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.
- Post Bid Evaluation:

Required Skills and Qualifications
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Proposal Manager, with knowledge of card acquiring and gateway solutions.
- Ability to understand client industries and align solutions accordingly.
- Creative thinking to achieve goals effectively.
- Independent judgment in methods and evaluation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Project management experience, capable of handling multiple deals.
