Job summary

Mane Contract Services is supporting an offshore wind client seeking an experienced Tendering & Proposals Manager to join their growing team in the United Kingdom. You will lead tender submissions for export and inter-array cable packages from early development through to submission, coordinating with engineering, commercial, procurement and project teams to secure major offshore wind projects.

You will drive winning bid strategies and high-quality proposals, work with developers and suppliers,

Qualifications

• Experience in tendering, proposals, or bid management within offshore wind.
• Strong knowledge of offshore export and inter-array cable systems.
• Experience with developers, EPC contractors, cable manufacturers or installation contractors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
