An elite US law firm is looking for their first Pitch Manager to build their bids function from London. Reporting to the BD Director, you will be instrumental in developing new processes/infrastructure for the firm as well as growing and managing the team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a premium law firm that has big plans to grow their London office.

Highlights

• Lead the process for responding to firmwide RFPs/RFIs, including leading kick-off meetings and “go/no go” discussions, participating in strategy sessions, drafting targeted, high-quality content, and updating responses.
• Collaborate with the BD team and other stakeholders to develop and manage business development training for attorneys.
• Coach and prepare attorneys for client pitches and presentations.
• Manage and improve the firm’s proposal and pitch tracking database.
• Work with the business development team to ensure lawyers participate in post-RFP evaluations to obtain feedback.
• Identify new areas of growth based on RFP results and develop strategies for pursuing these opportunities.

The firm seeks a highly experienced bids professional who has worked at another global law firm in a similar role. You should have a proven track record of developing successful pitch materials and be confident in dealing with high-profile stakeholders.
