Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with sellers to win instructions.
• Generate new and repeat business through proactive canvassing.
• Market properties to buyers using multiple marketing methods.
• Prepare brochures with photos and descriptions for each property.
• Ensure contracts are completed and properties meet standards.
• Upsell additional products to clients.
• Support team by assisting the manager and leading where appropriate.
• Maintain high levels of customer service and professionalism.
