Job summary

Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment is seeking a Property Valuer / Lister in the Medway area. You will win new business, carry out market appraisals and convert appraisals into instructions, building long-term relationships with vendors and clients.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record in winning instructions, strong local market knowledge, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and a professional, customer-focused approach. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in property valuations and generating market appraisals.
• Strong negotiation and client relation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-driven with ability to meet and exceed targets.

Responsibilities

• Carry out market appraisals and secure residential instructions.
• Provide accurate valuations and tailored marketing advice to vendors.
• Build relationships with clients from inquiry to instruction.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Collaborate with sales team to maximise property sales opportunities.
