The role offers uncapped commission, a company car, and ongoing training to support your career growth. Day-to-day, you will generate new business, secure instructions, market properties, complete contracts, and up-sell related products

Competenze

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual) is required.
• Experience as an Estate Agent ready for the next step.
• Ability to work well in a team and support your manager.
• Solid customer service reputation and initiative.
• Good telephone manners and IT basics (MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

A day in the life of a Property Valuer

• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders

Essential Skills of a Property Valuer, haart, Guildford

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Experience as an Estate Agent who is ready to the next step in their career

The Finer Details

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:

• Full UK Driving Licence
• Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006)
• We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need
