Job summary

Accent Housing Group is seeking a proactive Property Transaction Officer to lead the coordination and delivery of property sales, transfers and acquisitions that support our asset strategy and community outcomes.

In this hybrid role (Bradford or Peterborough) you will manage complex transactions, collaborate with solicitors, auction providers and external partners, and ensure accurate records and reporting.

What you'll be doing:

As a key member of our Asset Strategy team, you'll play a leading role in delivering Accent's portfolio optimisation programme.

Working closely with colleagues across the business, customers, solicitors, agents, auction providers and other external partners, you'll oversee the journey from initial approval through to completion.

Salary

The spot salary for the Property Transaction Officer post is £38,256 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you're still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.
