Job summary

Fisher German is seeking a Tenancy Administrator to support our rural and residential property management and client accounts teams. You will handle tenancy data, rent demands, deposits, and reporting in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

This full-time role offers a 37.5-hour week with hybrid working after probation, and opportunities to develop expertise in property management software such as Re-Leased and Xero, while delivering excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property management and client accounts teams to manage private and corporate client portfolios.
• Maintain property and tenancy data on Re-Leased and Xero.
• Liaise with client accountants, property managers and tenants to set up and amend properties and tenancies, raise rental demands and sales invoices.
• Prepare monthly rent demands and reports.
• Assist in managing residential deposits and the Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
• Produce various reports including rent collection, debtor management, tenancy schedules and other property management reports.
• Produce global benchmarking reporting for property management.
