Job summary

Fisher German LLP is seeking a Property Manager to oversee on-site management and inspections, focusing on industrial and office portfolios with potential retail and leisure elements. The role is full-time (37.5 hours) with hybrid working and regular travel across Yorkshire and the North-East.

You will manage client relationships, supervise site staff, and prepare service charge budgets while ensuring regulatory compliance and strong service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience within property management.
• Ability to effectively manage large workloads.
• A current and valid UK Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good skills in Excel and the use of a Property Management systems.

Responsibilities

• Management of multi occupied commercial property - industrial, office, retail, leisure.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and on-site staff.
• Supervising and directing site based staff.
• Preparing, presenting and obtaining approval of Service Charge Budgets.
• Presenting Service Charge Budgets to tenants and dealing with queries.
• Day to day liaison with Property Owners, Asset Managers & tenants.
• Preparing and reporting information to clients in a timely manner.
• Ensuring compliance with legislation including Health and Safety and other regulations.
