Job summary

National Trust is seeking a Product Manager to own the day-to-day management of the Property System, translating strategic roadmaps into tangible enhancements for a growing organisation.

You'll collaborate with users, IT colleagues and software suppliers to deliver changes safely, maintain data quality and support integrations across business systems. The role sits at Swindon head office with flexible hybrid working.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or developing a business-critical IT system, product or digital service.
• Experience translating business requirements into system improvements and product enhancements.
• Understanding of data management, system configuration, integrations and system controls. Experience working with technology suppliers, developers or technical teams to deliver change.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to inform decisions.
• Experience balancing user needs, business priorities, technical constraints and risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to work comfortably with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with reporting, analytics or data visualisation tools would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Experience of asset, property, facilities or estate management systems would be advantageous but is not essential.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day product management of the Property System and translate roadmap into deliverable improvements.
• Oversee enhancements, testing, configuration and releases with users, technical teams and suppliers.
• Monitor system performance, maintain data quality standards and support integrations.
• Ensure the platform meets needs of a growing and evolving organisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency for users.
• Lead on system documentation, reporting, governance and user support.
