Big Red Recruitment is looking for a Product Manager to own a portfolio of internal business systems across Finance, HR and Property Management. You’ll shape roadmaps and translate business needs into practical improvements.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, HR, Property and Technology stakeholders, work with suppliers, and identify automation opportunities to streamline processes. Hybrid role with two days per week in Coventry.

• Experience owning internal business applications.
• Experience creating and managing product roadmaps.
• Experience working with third-party technology suppliers.
• Experience translating business needs into product improvements.
• Experience with process improvement and automation.
• Experience managing stakeholders across functions.

Responsabilités

• Own and develop product roadmaps across a portfolio of internal business systems.
• Build strong relationships with Finance, HR, Property and Technology stakeholders.
• Understand business challenges and identify where existing products can solve them.
• Work closely with suppliers, keeping ahead of new features and influencing their roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities to automate processes and remove unnecessary manual work.
• Work with Business Analysts and Project Managers on larger change initiatives.
• Support evaluation and selection of future platforms within the finance systems landscape.
• Become the internal product expert, understanding cross-system impacts.
