Job summary

Tristone Nash is seeking a Property Surveyor for an initial 6-month contract in Bristol. This part-time role requires 22.5 hours per week to manage repairs, assess stock conditions and ensure compliance.

You will work within Housing Repairs & Asset Management, coordinating with contractors and internal teams while applying knowledge of HHSRS, CDM and Building Regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong social housing/local authority experience.
• Responsive repairs and building maintenance knowledge.
• Experience with contractors and Schedules of Rates.
• Knowledge of HHSRS, Building Regulations and CDM.
• Excellent communication, reporting and IT skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
