Job summary

Ad Warrior Ltd in Leeds is seeking a Property Surveyor to deliver professional surveying across Golden Lane Housing's portfolio, keep stock condition data accurate and support planned investment, cyclical maintenance and development activities.

You will inspect properties, maintain data, provide technical advice, manage projects end-to-end, and prepare specifications, schedules of work and reports for planned and corrective works.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical surveying, building inspections, and condition assessments.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, construction methods and pathology.
• Ability to analyse numerical/technical data and write clear reports.

Responsibilities

• Undertake property inspections, stock condition surveys and health checks across the portfolio.
• Maintain accurate stock condition information and support long-term asset planning.
• Provide technical building and maintenance advice to colleagues and stakeholders.
