A2Dominion is seeking an Asset Surveyor to join our Property Services team. You will conduct stock condition surveys, HHSRS assessments, and EPCs across our housing stock, informing investment programmes and sustainability strategies.

You will work with residents, Property Services, and Housing Services to deliver safe, energy-efficient homes. Reporting to the Senior Surveyor, you will help shape long-term asset management while ensuring compliance with housing law and health and safety

Competenze

• Degree or equivalent in surveying, asset management or related discipline.
• Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA).
• Experience in social/affordable housing or mixed-tenure environments.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and lifecycle maintenance.
• Experience with property surveying techniques and HHSRS/Decent Homes standards.
• Familiar with housing law and building safety regulations.

Mansioni

• Carry out stock condition surveys to assess component age and lifecycle.
• Perform HHSRS assessments and identify hazards.
• Produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) per statutory requirements.
• Collect and analyse asset data to support investment planning.
• Contribute to 1-year, 5-year and 30-year investment programmes.
• Support energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with housing legislation and health and safety standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service and liaise with residents and stakeholders.
