Job description

Job Title: Property Surveyor

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Property Surveyor looking to play an active role in delivering our Asset Management Strategy? Do you have the ability to identify, maintain, and improve our housing stock while providing a customer-focused approach?

This role primarily involves undertaking disrepair, damp, and stock condition surveys to determine necessary work. Key responsibilities include:

1. Assessing stock condition, Housing Health & Safety Rating System (HHSRS), and Energy Efficiency
2. Producing energy performance certificates (EPC)
3. Managing a small estate/maintenance budget
4. Inspecting disrepairs, damp, and other property remediation works
5. Demonstrating experience in surveying and/or inspecting, with knowledge of relevant health & safety legislation and Building Regulations
6. Exhibiting excellent communication skills and high ICT literacy
7. Maintaining a professional attitude in duties and team collaboration
8. Willingness to travel across business areas as required
