Qualifications

• Qualified property solicitor with experience in social housing development.
• Experience handling property acquisitions and development sites.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Willingness to use legal technology and software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Undertake legal due diligence, raise enquiries and prepare title reports.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents, including land contracts, development agreements, leases and transfers.
• Manage exchange, completion and post-completion matters.
• Prepare and maintain transaction checklists, project plans and progress reports.
• Deliver high-quality legal services and build strong client relationships.
• Accurately record time and manage performance against agreed targets.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality.
• Support the development of trainees and junior colleagues where appropriate.
• Undertake other duties that support the effective running of the team.
