Job summary

Anthony-Collins-Solicitors in Birmingham is seeking a Property Associate or Senior Associate to lead complex social housing development transactions and stock rationalisation for Registered Providers. You will work within a nationally recognised team and support Partners on high-value matters from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with 3+ years PQE and strong property experience.
• Experience supporting complex property acquisitions, disposals and development matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and risk management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with acquisition and disposal of large-scale tenanted residential property portfolios with due diligence.
• Support Partners on complex affordable housing development projects including joint ventures and site acquisitions.
• Draft and negotiate a broad range of property and development documents (contracts, transfers, leases, easements, deeds).
• Advise Registered Provider clients on development matters across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate due diligence, identify risks and propose practical solutions with specialist teams.
