Property Solicitor (Residential & Commercial)

This is a full job description for a Property Solicitor (3-5 PQE) at a modern, progressive law firm established in London, with a Dunmow office in Essex.

The firm has a rich history spanning over 150 years, originating in Canary Wharf, and has a strong connection to the financial sector. They have experienced organic growth, now employing over 30 staff across five offices, with their flagship office located in Mayfair, London.

The Role: The successful candidate will be based in Dunmow, Essex, handling a broad caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, including purchases, sales, landlord & tenant issues, investments, portfolio acquisitions, commercial leases, refinancing, and conveyancing. You will work alongside a highly experienced partner.

Requirements & Remuneration:

• Ideally 3-6 years PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor
• Salary negotiable depending on experience (£60-70k)
• Hybrid working: 2 days in the Dunmow office, 3 days remote
