Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates invites applications for a junior Property (Clean Energy) Solicitor to join our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. You will advise developers, investors and funders on real estate aspects of offshore wind, onshore wind, solar and battery storage projects, blending transactional and advisory work.

Candidates dual-qualified, ideally at NQ-4 PQE, or qualified in Scots law, with relevant real estate experience and a keen interest in clean energy transactions.

Qualifications

• Dual-qualified or Scots law qualified; strong real estate background.
• Interest in clean energy transactions and willingness to learn.
• Experience advising developers, investors, and funders on property matters.
• Training available if needed.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the real estate aspects of offshore wind, onshore wind, solar and battery storage developments.
• Combine transactional and advisory work.
• Collaborate with colleagues to advise leading renewable energy industry players.
• Support developers, investors, and funders with property-related guidance.
