Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates, a well-regarded Scottish law firm, seeks a senior associate with strong real estate expertise to join a dynamic renewables team. The role is based in Edinburgh or Glasgow, with a focus on wind (offshore/onshore), hydro, solar and hydrogen projects.

You will handle property-related aspects of renewables developments and participate in large-scale, high-value transactions, contributing to both rural and commercial development across Scotland.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years’ PQE in a property-related role.
• Experience handling renewable energy transactions.
• Experience advising on buying/selling renewable developments at various stages.

Responsibilities

• Advise on property aspects of renewables developments.
• Engage with innovative technologies in project work.
• Contribute to large-scale, high-value renewable energy projects.
• Assist in land acquisition and development aspects of wind/solar/hydro/hydrogen schemes.
