Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor in London

If you're a Solicitor who has worked with both commercial and residential property, this could be the opportunity for you!

This Property Solicitor position is with a Legal 500 practice with a great reputation within real estate. The Lending Team is well run and expanding, so this is an exciting time to be part of the firm.

You will be joining a long established, well-respected full-service law firm, operating from modern premises and close to transport links.

You will work closely with the HOD as well as other senior members of the team with a strong reputation for secured lending.They are on almost all residential lender panels plus numerous banks, finance companies and many more.

The Lending Team deals with areas such as commercial and residential investment properties, mixed use and new builds on behalf of both the lender and the borrower.

High quality matters you will have exposure to include:

- Purchases and sales

- Auctions

- Landlord and tenant

- Bridging finance

As the ideal Property Solicitor, you will be:

- A qualified Solicitor 5 PQE+, confident running your own property files
- Experience dealing with the London market is a distinct advantage but not essential
